Among the tea-infused temptations they'll be cooking up are: Wild Salmon poached in tea bouillon with Tea-Pickled Cucumbers; Japanese Tea Marinated Chicken with Matcha Rice Pilaf, Tea Crème Caramel with Sweet Tea Soaked Plums, and Green Tea Sorbet with Green Peppercorn Caramel Sauce.
